We give importance for authentication of ID Proof, police verification by collection of all the five fingers prints and all possible available address of the candidates. In addition to this, we insist for reference of two important responsible persons. We also try to collect experience certificates, educational certificates, Aadhar and voting ID cards.

TRAINING PROGRAM
In our team, all guards are extensively trained as per the client requirement, in essential cases by ex-serviceman personnel to ensure the best service to our clients. While training security guards, we teach them the method of guarding, patrol service, vigilance, fire fighting, escort and to be alert throughout their duty hours.
We constantly monitor and evaluate all our performances, make improvements and suggest changes for the improvement of our service.
